The Service:
We’ll be passing beautifully elegant and tasty hors d’oeuvres with some plated bites as well. We’ll also be serving wine and cutting, plating and serving the wedding cake.
We’ll arrive early, 11am, to set up tables, chairs and service areas. We’ll break it down and leave it cleaner than we found it.
Providing: wine buckets, lemonade and iced tea vessels, wine glasses, cocktail napkins
Arranging: Classical Guitarist and world music trio.
The Menu:
Smoked Duck & White Truffle Chevre on Rosemary Shortbread with Red Onion Marmelade
Seared Ahi on Wonton Crisps with Wasabi Aioli & Tobiko Caviar
Cucumbers with Wild Smoked Salmon, Capers & Lemon-Dill Creme Fraiche
Polenta with one of the following toppings: Sundried Tomato Pesto or Seasonal Wild Mushrooms (her choice)
Cured beef sushi roll with pineapple relish
Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho Shooters (served in individual shooter cups)
Endive Boats with Caramelized Pears, Pecans & Gorgonzola
The Cost:
$500 in food cost
$1000 in staff
+ %20 for me
+ gratuity
= $2000
$20 per person
$1000, 50% deposit, due August 1, 2006
Remainder due on day of event.
